2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Operate and improve AI-assisted features, including the PAL system and Life AI platform;

- Service providers: Companies that perform services on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, identity verification, analytics, email delivery). They are contractually bound to protect your information.

- Affiliated entities: Other companies within the RDC / LIFEAI ecosystem where necessary to provide the Services you use.

4. AI Data Practices
Our AI-assisted platforms (Life AI, PAL system, and related services) process your inputs to generate responses, recommendations, and personalized experiences. Specifically:
- Session data from AI interactions may be retained for safety monitoring, system improvement, and compliance for up to 90 days by default. You may request deletion.
- We do not use your AI session data to train third-party foundation models without your consent.
- Virtue alignment scores and coherence metrics computed during AI sessions are used solely within our platform and are not shared with third parties.
- PAL Moment Window data (90-second session state) is ephemeral and is not persisted beyond the active session unless you explicitly save it.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember your preferences, understand how you use our platforms, and support security features. Types of cookies we use:
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication, security, and basic functionality. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Help us understand usage patterns. You may opt out via your browser settings or our cookie preference tool.
- Marketing cookies: Used only where you have opted in to marketing communications.
You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain Services.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide Services, or as required by applicable law (including securities record-keeping requirements, which may extend to 7 years). After this period, we securely delete or anonymize your data.
